We offer Realtors and businesses that target the home buyer the chance to reach our highly targeted audience through banner advertising. We offer both monthly and performance based pay per lead advertising rates. Placement is available throughout the country at the state and regional levels.

How Does It Work?

You determine where you to advertise and what payment model best suits your business. Just Real Estate Listings will create your custom banner ad, let you approve it, then run your advertising campaign. Banner ads click through to your Just Real Estate Listings ad or a specific property listing.

What is the difference between Pay per Lead and Monthly Rates?

With Pay per Lead, your banner clicks through to your Just Real Estate Listings ad, where you’ll be able to pre-qualify your customers and they’ll be able to contact you via email. You only pay if someone fills out a lead form to contact you. At the end of the month, we'll send you a report and invoice you for all email leads. You can cancel at any time.

If you choose the Monthly Rate plan, you pay a low fixed rate for your Banner Advertisement. Unlike Pay per Lead advertisers, you can include a phone number in your ad.

What is a Lead?

In order to send you a lead, prospective clients must click on your geographically targeted banner ad, click on the Contact Us link on your advertising page, fill out your lead form and click Submit. This results in much higher quality leads than other services where prospects complete one form and the information is blasted to multiple service providers.

How are Leads Delivered ?

Email leads are delivered to you through email. We offer generic lead forms as well as custom lead forms to collect the data you require.

At the end of the month, you’ll receive a report in Excel™ format containing all the lead information sent to you that month.
